The agreement with the company that installed the system, including any proposal or quotation page.

2 · Your financing agreement

The loan or lease document, plus a recent statement showing who you pay each month.

3 · Twelve months of power bills

More is better. If you have a year from before the system was installed as well, send that too — it is often the most valuable thing in the file.

Cannot find them? Send this form anyway. Your lender and your utility are both required to give you copies of your own records, and we will send you the exact wording to request them.
