Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Consumer Solar Audit collects and what we do with it. Consumer Solar Audit services are provided by Anthony Young Consulting LLC.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, email, phone number, property address, state, and details about your solar system, installer and lender.
- Documents you send: contracts, loan statements, utility bills and similar papers.
- Consents: the text of any consent box you tick, and when you ticked it.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number or bank account number.
- Basic website data: the page you came from and campaign tags in the web address, used to understand how people find us.
Please remove Social Security numbers and full bank account numbers from documents before you send them. We do not need them.
How we use it
To read your documents and write your Rapid Review letter or audit report; to contact you about your review; to process payment; to keep records the law requires; and to improve our service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email, customer-records, document-signing and payment-processing companies, and only for that purpose. We share your report with an attorney or anyone else only when you ask us to. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Text-message consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep client files for as long as needed to deliver the work, honor our guarantee, and meet record-keeping duties. You may ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of messages at any time. Reply STOP to a text, or contact anthony@consumersolaraudit.com or (405) 985-2908.
Children
Our services are for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
