For professionals

You are already sitting across from them.We are the answer you do not have.

If your work puts you in a room with homeowners who have solar, you have met this problem. Here is somewhere to send the ones you cannot help.

Title companies & closing attorneys

A solar UCC-1 discovered three days before closing is your emergency and your liability. We search both filing offices, pull certified copies, obtain the payoff quote with its good-through date, and extract the transferability terms from the actual loan documents.

Real estate agents

A listing with panels on the roof carries questions nobody in the transaction can answer. We answer them in writing, before they become a contingency fight.

Mortgage & refinance loan officers

A solar loan wrecks a debt-to-income ratio and a recorded filing can block the refinance. We document exactly what is there so you can structure around it instead of losing the file.

Tax preparers & CPAs

Every February a client asks where the solar refund went. The credit is nonrefundable — it lowers tax owed and does not produce a cheque. We will give you a one-page explainer you can hand to a client with your own name on it.

Housing & credit counsellors

You see the budget. We read the contract. Free workshops for your clients, and no charge for the first review on any household you refer.

Consumer-protection attorneys

You get a file organised to be assessed in about thirty minutes: chronology, parties and service sheet, deadline register, indexed source documents, damages computation, pattern evidence — and an outstanding-items tab that tells you what we could not verify.

We pay nothing for referrals, and we accept nothing.

No fees in either direction — not to you, not to attorneys, not from lenders or contractors. There is no arrangement, and there is nothing to disclose to your client.

We say this first because in this market almost nobody can. It is also the reason an attorney will act on one of our files.
