Privacy

What we collect

Only what you send us: your contact details, and the documents you choose to upload for review. We do not buy lists, we do not track you across other sites, and we do not sell or rent anything to anyone.

What we ask you not to send

Please redact Social Security numbers and full bank account numbers before uploading. We do not need them to review a solar file, and we would rather not hold them.

How long we keep it

We keep your file for as long as your matter is open, and for a defined retention period afterwards so that a report can be reissued or handed to counsel. You can ask us to delete your file at any time and we will confirm in writing when it is done.

Who sees it

The reviewer working your file, and anyone you tell us to send it to — typically an attorney you have chosen. We do not share your documents with lenders, contractors, or any other third party without your written instruction.

Security

Documents are stored encrypted, in private storage, with access logged. Accounts that can reach that storage require multi-factor authentication.
